in our Volunteer Association we are testing mayan-edms, we have problem we
don't know how to solve it:
more people insert the recipient's metadata field, the risk is to enter the
same name incorrectly, for example by inserting more space
example: ausilia plus, ausiliaplus, ecc....
, or by mistake the name insight

the indexing function creates several duplicates of the same recipient even
if it's the same name;
the ideal would be to have a table where you can choose the correct value,
function already in the software but only possible in the configuration
part. and here's the question: Can you enter the new values ​​when entering
the documents?
