[Mayan EDMS: 2150] Retain folder structure information somehow when uploading a lot of files with the same name?

I have multiple files in multiple folders, the folders are named and that
identifies the files within them (a date, for example), but the files
themselves may share a common name like Somebodys_Name.pdf, so there is a
different Somebodys_Name.pdf in many folders.
How do i upload everything and retain the "Folder Structure" information
automatically since there are files enough to make the manual thing
impossible in a lifetime?
